- El paciente se queda todo un día en el hospital

The breast augmentation operation does not limit the ability to conceive or breastfeed the baby.

The final size of the scar in mastopexy will depend on the amount of excess skin and fatty or glandular tissue that must be removed and the use or not of silicone implants. The implants allow in many cases to reduce the size of the scars. In general terms, the more volume you want, the less scars are necessary to achieve a harmonic breast, and vice versa. Also, the more skin we have to remove, the bigger the scar will be.
The breast during pregnancy increases its volume to prepare for lactation. Then there is atrophy of the mammary gland with sagging of the skin and loss of firmness. Sometimes the areola dilates.
